How do we build for thousands without losing the feeling of a personal home? The key to this design is "human-centric scaling," where the massive volume of the complex is broken down into manageable, friendly tiers. The sweeping balconies create a visual rhythm that feels more like a collection of individual homes than a single, monolithic block. By lifting the ground floor and creating a wide-open plaza, we’ve ensured that the building doesn't feel like a barrier to the rest of the neighborhood. The inclusion of the central courtyard and rooftop greenspaces provides the "breathing room" necessary for mental health in a high-density city. It serves as a vision for the future of urban living where density is a strength rather than a drawback. It asks us to imagine a city where everyone has a front-row seat to the sky.
