I just got out of my higher maths exam and I have to keep reminding myself that rose tyler failed all her exams and still had the best life ever.

I cannot accurately put into words how much I hate exams and the SQA

I hate exams I hate exams so much why do they exist I do know this just not all at once bc it’s ridiculous to want me to remember 8 essays to be able to complete half of an exam and you want me to learn how much physics and be able to compare everyday actions to physics concepts with no prep and English? I speak it everyday is that not enough? Maths… it’s okay but FUCK it’s a lot to remember. French isn’t to bad tho considering I get a dictionary for most of it but listening?? And the recording isn’t gonna be clear and they’re gonna mumble????? Just why, why do exams exist like this

I've been doing some homework and trying to get back into the habit of studying since the second week of school is almost over. I'm used to tracking my studying in a bullet journal but this term I'm going to try use a lined notepad also, and keep all of my study plans and logs in too. I'm listening to Hamilton for the first time in a while since that was the soundtrack that got me through prelims at the beginning of this year, hopefully it'll bring some of that motivation back in, without exhausting myself obviously.

Are you back at school yet? And have you started studying? How is it going?

28.04.17 - 90/100 This book is a bloody lifesaver, honestly I'd be lost without it! My maths exam is a week today, so I'm a little terrified!!
