Spyro wasn’t sure if this was right.. Now with Master Eon gone it felt almsot worse now to go through his stuff.. even if one might argue it was now Kaossandra’s. Getting into the vault wasn’t as difficult now that the beard scanner had to be removed due to lack of Eon’s beard. Yet still... this was his best shot on finding out were the wizzard could have sent his family way back then.. And with both Eon gone and Strykore not being much of a threat for the forseeable future, finding out about his ancentory was back on the priority list again.
Going through artifacts all the way into the deeper ends of the vault, he eventually stumbled over what he thought was just a piece of the wall.. Yet, looking strangely like an arch and something written above. He made haste clearing out the stuff around it to see what the text said.
ARITSANS was written above the arch with a strange formation in the center below the text.. looking like a socket. He lookced around and found a Gem sitting on a pedestal nearby. He grabbed the gem, trying to insert it into the discovered socket. It fit and a glow spread throught the arch, illuminating the text and eventually causing the arch to turn into a portal, yet before he could react to it, the young dragon was sucked trough the gateway.
Just moments later he found himself in front of a similar portal, yet where the text was supposed to be there was just ruins.. and then the portal closed up again. He couldn’t react fast enough to get back in, just yelling “Nononono!” as he leaped towards it, just ending up flying through the arch.
