The niggling I've been feeling in my upper hamstring is really giving me grief after yesterday's run. Googling "sore upper hamstring" has resulted in this article. If I seek professional help, they'll tell me to rest and let it heal, but the half is only 5 weeks away, and I don't have time. Will try and get some more rolling in, and some of those glute lifts while watching tv - that might help till then, I hope!!
