Anyone remember a video or project Mark’s done where he tried high heels? I don’t mean lifts - I mean shoes with at least a one inch heel. Because maybe he’s decided not to try that kind of style or he’s not thought of it yet. I only wonder if he’s done it before or if he’d consider it as a challenge video one day.
Though if he does, or if he or someone thinking of getting heels sees this:
If you’ve never done it before, please don’t try an insane heel for the first time, like stilettos. And at the very least have some support nearby to help you stand/walk so you don’t fall and/or break an ankle.
Try breaking the shoes in before using them in the video. Wear them around a bit before using them publicly. Make sure you can stand comfortably and confidently. And for the love of all that is holy, use caution and don’t try running in them.
Try getting a size maybe a half size larger than your usual size/what you know is your size to wear, unless you buy them at the end of the day when your feet have had time to swell to the size they normally get from walking around in a day.
These are just a few tiny things that I understand can help prevent blisters and injury. Though of course, also remember that heels should never be an everyday thing. For your comfort and health, wear flat shoes too.
