Personal Issues (Ike and Kyle)
Ike was sitting on the grass in the royal garden gazing up at the stars that had settled in the night sky. He loved it when he had times like these, where no one was bothering him and he could relax for a bit after a stressful day. He sighed and lowered his gaze to the flowers and decorations located in the garden beds surrounding him. It really was beautiful, the garden. However, this time he wasn't out here just to relax. He was thinking about a few personal problems he was having in his life now that were trying to throw him for a bit of a loop.
He had a few issues that were pressing him. Like how he still felt guilty for his first girlfriend committing suicide. And also how it now made him scared to let anyone into his life again because he was worried about having the same thing that happened in his first relationship happen again, as well as other things. Just thinking about these things tonight made Ike lose all track of what was going on around him.
However, the sound of footsteps on grass made Ike aware of his surroundings again. He looked around before realising that it was only Kyle that was approaching him. He smiled. "Hey Kyle." He greeted his brother as Kyle sat down next to him. "Whats been going on?" Ike asked.
Not in the Description (Stan and Kyle)
Of all the things that Stan had expected in his job description, the unruly manner of his king was not one of them. Stan equated his king, though only to himself and in bad moods, to something resembling a child who ran off to throw his tantrum rather than allowing those surrounding him to see his vulnerable state. Once again, King Kyle was gone again, and there was no doubt he had wandered off past the town square and into the woods.
And once again, Stanley Marshwalker, his faithful knight, was chasing after him like an ignorant and ever-loyal pet. He sighed, tucking a dagger into his boot with a finger pressed against his temple. It wasn’t as though finding King Kyle was the problem; the struggle to come up with an excuse for his absence always caused him more strife than finding him did.
As soon as Stan was in amongst the townspeople, he felt more and more bothered that he was chasing his king rather than having a nice hot meal at the Giggling Donkey. Still, he couldn’t complain about Kyle as far as he could throw him, which, decidedly, was not an impressive distance. Kyle was a fair king, and he always did what he could to keep he and Stan together, perhaps more for Stan's sake than his own.. His mind wandered to the worst cases when they were separated; the two had always been together, and it was an oddity when Stan’s peripheral wasn’t occupied with Kyle to the left.
Stan’s eyes darted across the crowd, scanning faces, awareness heightened as he focused on finding Kyle. He wandered off (rather, escaped) from the castle too often for coincidence to be the culprit, prompting those in charge of keeping him safe to become suspicious and watched for their king's bright patch of hair departing. He had since begun to use disguises, usually in the form of noblemen wearing armor or peasants wearing caps. The disguises never fooled him, really, not for very long. Stan could spot King Kyle’s freckles from a lineup of a million freckled gentlemen.
The Lost Heirloom
ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! How the fuck did you not notice that it had fallen off your neck?! Ike was extremly pissed that this had happened, and these thoughts just kept running through his head. He grabbed the closest object and prepared himself to throw it against the wall, but was able to recompose himself and put the object down. But no matter how pissed off as Ike was at Kyle for losing the family amulet, he knew that he had to help him find it. He headed to the exact location that he knew Kyle would be. "Kyle, you lost the amulet, now I have to help you find it." Ike said through gritted teeth to the high elf.
