   Harry welcomed the hug. Lately he’d shut people out. The war was over. His fight was over. He kept telling everyone he was just tired and while that was true. There was part of him that just didn’t know what to do now or how to react. He’d never once felt truly safe. So he shut himself away. Push the people who had been there for him away. He knew it wasn’t a good way to cope. 

 His rest his head on Hermione’s shoulder, his arms wrapping around her waist. “I’m sorry.” He said softly. “For how I’ve been acting. I just. I don’t know what to do or how to act. I feel like if I relax...something bad will happen again. Like it always did.”

   Ron looked at the plate that had been put in front of him. He smiled before looking up at Hermione. It had all his favorites on it including his favorite drink. “Bless you, Hermione. It looks and smells amazing.” Ron told her gratefully.

“i promise!” prim crossed her heart as she double checked her suitcase. going home was always nerve wracking. but she didn’t do anything stupid when she was there. at least, most of the time. “what could i possibly do in the span of two weeks anyway?”
