Heal. Evolve. Grow. Fly. Repeat
SOUL FOOD; for thought🌻( I love this❤Hope you enjoy.
When I take a long look at my life, as though from outside, it does not appear particularly happy. Yet I am even less justified in calling it unhappy, despite all its mistakes. After all, it is foolish to keep probing for happiness or unhappiness, for it seems to me it would be hard to exchange the unhappiest days of my life for all the happy ones.
If what matters in a person's existence is to accept the inevitable consciously, to taste the good and bad to the full and to make for oneself a more individual, unaccidental and inward destiny alongside one's external fate, then my life has been neither empty nor worthless. Even if, as it is decreed by the gods, fate has inexorably trod over my external existence as it does with everyone, my inner life has been of my own making I deserve its sweetness and bitterness and accept full responsibility for it.

Empath tip: Know what you bring to the table and don't lower your vibe to meet anyone. They can learn to vibrate higher or away.....you just stay activated and aligned with your purpose.
CHANGE IS GOOD✌❤ Sometimes I see family members, old friends or people from my past and……Sometimes they say I’ve changed…….like they are disappointed.
I used to be so broken that I could not even take a compliment. I returned it with a put down of myself, like this;
Them: You are so pretty.
Me: No, I’m too fat ……..too old …..my forehead is SO HUGE it’s a five head…lol
I remember how I used to say “I’M SORRY” for no reason;
when there was nothing to be sorry for! “Sorry” I’d say, as I quietly entered a room; as if my presence was disturbance to others.
I finally realized and recognized, thankfully, that this behavior stemmed from unhealed emotional traumas from as far back as childhood; then was carried on through to my adult relationships.
To change this pattern of behavior it took some serious self-development work, some reopening of old wounds and some severe growing pains before personal growth was attained in this area.
Therefore, NOW, when folks say I’ve changed….. I think to myself……. “Damn right I’ve changed! I worked hard to change. I’m not letting anyone downplay it either because I did the work.
I’m happy with the change.
Proud of the change. Healed from the change…..” You see, sometimes folks will like you better broken. They’ll like you better miserable.
They’ll like you better
sad,
angry,
bitter
or struggling.
HONESTLY, THAT’S AN UNHEALED PROBLEM OF THEIRS THAT ONLY THEY CAN DEAL WITH. SADLY, MOST FOLKS WON’T EVER FACE THEMSELVES.
SO WHEN THEY SAY I’VE CHANGED…… I SMILE AND I KINDLY SAY THANK YOU!
One love,
Karyn

If we never seek what our soul longs for, that feeling that something is missing, will remain. Sometimes we have to do some healing and self-development within ourselves before we can take on what our calling is going to require of us.
Once you decide to jump off the hamster wheel and seek your soul purpose; don’t stop. There are going to be days that the hamster wheel looks like a vacation compared to personal growth but you just have to keep on moving forward in your own growth; one healing, empowering step at a time.
One love
