"As a Hightech on the field, there is so much to take in at once. After sprinting 120 yards during Enter Sandman, we dance about 30 different ‘sidelines’ continuously in the north end zone anytime the band or Jumbotron is playing music, all while trying to not get accidentally tackled by the football players – which has happened before! Even through all of the craziness, there is nothing better though than cheering on the Hokies right in the middle of the action.

Hokie Pride means completely filling up Cassell Coliseum, jumping in Lane Stadium for four hours with 66,000 fans, and having just as much spirit for the rest of football season no matter the outcome of the game. Hokie Pride is what drives us to be immersed in every aspect of Blacksburg, following our passions in the arts, education, and sports. I am reminded how proud I am to be a Hokie every time I dance on the field with Hightechs. I feel Hokie Pride when I meet little kids in Virginia Tech uniforms or when I see my entire family dress up in maroon and orange on game day. Hokie Pride is really what makes Virginia Tech feel like home."

Because Hetalia is the main fandom we are very much involved and interested in. And the tag on tumblr is big enough as it is, we couldn't handle trying to source everything else! D:
