#Highway421 in #WilmingtonNC near the New Hanover and Pender County line (right by the landfill) is in the process of being “temporarily” repaired. It was washed out last month because of #flooding “after” #HurricaneFlorence. Seen today (Sunday, October 7th, 2018). #Pray4NC!
