Ingredients: 1.5 lbs beef or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 large green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 large red onion, cut into wedges.
