Moving day. I will miss my urban Hillcrest bachelor pad I bought with the intention of being single and the #hillcrestdaddy for a long time. It’s not just about the destination. It’s also about the journey and those you meet along the way. I am blessed beyond belief of the journey to 700 classes at @f45_easthillcrest and the great coaches and people I have been blessed to meet along the way. This journey was life transforming for me both internal and external. Because of this commitment to health and fitness I am also enjoying a wonderful relationship with Spencer who helps me to be a better person and allows me to work through my stuff along the way.
