Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel
Our airport representative meet and greet you at Kathmandu airport and transfer you to the hotel, your evening is relevantly free and after you have refreshed, you can get familiar with the area by going for a stroll down the street.
Day 02: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu
After a good night’s rest & a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you go for a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu which begins in Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambunath (Monkey temple) in the morning, and sightseeing in Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa in the afternoon.
Kathmandu is a wonderful mix of the ancient & the new & this includes western influences that sometimes make visiting the capital an interesting place to spend time as the old stubbornly jostles for its place with rising attractions from Europe & the west. The sites you visit are UNESCO-declared world heritage sites & you truly enjoy visiting these ancient monuments & learning of their mystic history with your professional guide.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan
After breakfast at the hotel, you drive down to Chitwan, this is about a 6-7 hours wonderfully scenic drive along the banks of the TrisuliRiver and you can view the beautiful landscapes, valleys, mountains, lush green hamlets set amidst colored rural landscapes, you check in to the lodge and go for Tharu village tour in the evening.
Day 04: Full-Day Jungle Activities
After breakfast amidst the sweet chirping of birds, you go for a Full day of jungle activities that include Jungle Walking, Jungle safari across streams & into the jungles; you also enjoy watching the Elephants bathing and visiting the elephant Breeding center, at the eventide, while having supper, you enjoy a scintillating Tharu cultural stick dance that’s exciting to watch in the evening.
Day 05: Chitwan - Kathmandu- Nagarkot
In the morning after breakfast, you have a bird-watching tour then drive to Nagarkot via Kathmandu which takes about 7-8 hours, on reaching Nagarkot, Check in to the hotel and have a wonderful sunset view.
Day 06: Nagarkot- Bhaktapur – Kathmandu
You have a great sunrise view over the Himalayas in the morning and enjoy a good breakfast at the hotel, you then embark on Sightseeing at the ancient Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is highly known for their immense & tragic historical features that include heritage monuments that still echo the vibrant histories of these once-upon-a-time ancient kingdoms that had separate kings who lived life to the hilt but suffered tragic defeats at the hands of the famous Gurkha king Prithvi Narayan Shah & bullet holes can still be seen on the wall of these ancient palaces till this day.
It was king Prithvi that finally unified a feudal Nepal that was constantly at war with one another and created a dynasty that still survives in Nepal today. At eventide, you attend a farewell dinner in one of the most famous restaurants for Nepalese cuisine & while enjoying our delicious meals.
Day 07: Transfer to the international airport for your final departure
