Himayat Ali Mirza: Working Individually for the betterment of society!
Himayat Ali Mirza+ is an entrepreneur with a keen engrossment in high-end luxury real estate and owns other ventures. He has recently launched HM Foundation, a charitable association that helps people who need help and backing authentically. Himayat seeing the condition of people during the pandemic decided to help them out of his generosity, which resulted in the establishment of the HM Foundation.
Mirza wants to help people with his money out of consciousness and generosity. Himayat has always been an enthusiast in assisting people personally or through other organizations. He has pledged not to accept any help or donations for his organization HM Foundation. Mirza also stated that he is not doing this noble cause for media fame and popularity.
Himayat Ali Mirza is the great-grandson of Mir Osman Ali Khan and thus, belongs to a Royal family of the last ruler of Hyderabad. Himayat has completed his business degree from a reputed university in Russia, Moscow. Himayat completed his studies in the United States of America and then returned to India to take care of the family business. Himayat also has a keen interest in the real-estate business and has travelled to numerous countries, including India, the USA, the UK, London, Singapore, Turkey, Malaysia, and Canada and discovered the gaps in the industry.
Himayat believed that no one should compromise with their comfort level while travelling, which was the main motto behind the establishment of the HM Network. Years of experience and knowledge in the field led to the foundation of HM Network- a network where you can get access to the most luxurious properties worldwide. The listed locations in the Network are also available for film shooting and other purposes on rent.
In the early 1990s, the Government of India took the precious jewellery of Nizam for ₹ 217 crore, which has now a total value of more than ₹ 1,00,000 crore. Himayat Ali Mirza has recently requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to relocate the Nizam precious jewellery to Hyderabad and set up a museum. According to sources, the Government of India accepted his request to construct a new museum in Hyderabad.
Himayat Ali Mirza is also in talks with multiple states and central governments to convert the Nizam’s land acquired by the Indian Government into public parks, which will allow other people to enjoy the legacy of Late Nizam.
