hey guys! Feeling a bit better in terms of self, I got my foundation laid out in the form of journaling, now all I need to do it keep it up until I fully feel like the true version of myself again. Thought I’d share some art I made during the week! I read through lots of articles and heard that Himeros was mentioned as a neighbor of the muses in Theogony, which I found pretty funny lmao

The Erotes (pt. 2)

HIMEROS - God of Sexual Desire and Unrequited Love

“Hime” for short. He is always aroused and seen with at least two or three partners a day. He maintains order for all kinds of sexual love and ignites them.

ANTEROS - God of Requited Love

He is the guardian and protector of the Erotes. Overprotective of his siblings (Himeros, specifically,) but also a gentle giant. He is the avenger and punisher of those who scorn love.

Aphrodite was once arranged to marry and have kids with Ares for the sake of “Love.” 

Her children had to be made in order to oversee the many aspects of love, to which Aphrodite agreed and fell into strong attraction with the war god. She birthed the first set of twins, kids with a red-ish complexion much like hers, a symbol of their abundant love. Aphrodite then birthed yet more children after the other two, a disposition from pink to magenta, raising them alone since Ares was constantly fighting battles too cruel for her.

I haven't completely finished all of the Erotes, but here's an old silly comic and a little notice from me!!

I've come to a realization that I've lost the love to ship Buddhime, which is sad, but I know that I can't come up with anything new to feed my delusions now as the author himself. Truth be told, I've only come to read/watch RoR bc of Buddha... I mean, c'mon. he's hot. and also relatable. and maybe his story hits hard. I've spent so much time shipping them alone, but like trends, fixations come and go and so will they.

TL;DR, I am no longer shipping Buddhime, my own ship, and will be exploring more characters instead!
