What if we had 4 arms, but our hands had inverse fingers/holes.

You could like, interlock your own hands, or do it with others; why? You figure it out.

Human chains maybe

There could be variations of what kind you get; for example:

Plus birth defects where you could have all fingers, all holes, or a 3:1/1:3 ratio (not pictured)

I'd imagine people would have different sizes holes to accommodate bigger fingers too

For real world applications; you could put things inside the holes, for example: pencils, daggers, pirate hooks, small tubes, hiding substances, plants?????, finger extensions to have 20 fingers, lights or lazers (would go insane at a rave), candles, etc
