ok disclaimer i’m born/raised in australia so i’m no authority but; yea the only ones i’ve had aside form when i was in turkey were with walnut

i mean i think there arent any huge differences between the two. like whenever we argued abt the Correct Baklava in the dorm kitchen, there was a greek girl who agreed w me and the north africa/levant ppl would have different opinions. 

on the other hand, azeri baklava is a whole different thing like i dont understand it (its good tho but too intense for me)

i hadnt actually, but i have now and they were pretty sweet! I live for this stuff, i wish more of it was easily availible on youtube instead of being buried deep inside archives
