not quite ships

Foster is always tracking down Frankie and making sure she hasn't actually killed herself (or any one else) defending their little pro-slytherin group, and then shouting at her, a lot.

Alex and Andy are like two peas in a pod. practically go everywhere together but, “damit, he's like my brother, not my boyfriend!”

Andy has a crush on Hippolyta, Polly completely ignores him, possibly doesn't even notice.

Carter and Tio are best bros, are in same year, and both love Herbology, generally battling it out to be Professor Longbottom’s favorite student.

Tio has a crush on Foster, even though she is several grades ahead.

Daniel can't quite figure out if he hates or likes Alex and Hippolyta, they’re both too beautiful, and too dangerous for him to wrap his head around.

Hippolyta just wants Tio to live a good life out of the shadow of their family’s Death Eater reputation, romance is definitely NOT on her mind, even if Alex looks good in her quidditch uniform...

Alex just wants friends, really good friends she could see herself staying in touch with for the rest of  her life, deep lasting friendships is all she wants.

Frankie spends so much time protecting the people she she loves, that she has never once thought about dating, but if having a bf or gf is anything like the way Foster looks after her and yells at her....

American-made wands

Tio: Why do you have two wands? can I get two wands?

Alex: Because Ollivander is a stuck up asshole.

Hippolyta: *glares*

Alex: ... I mean, Ollivander was dissatisfied with the quality of my first wand from America, so he gave me a 'better' British-made one.

Tio: oh! thats really nice of him! American wands are subpar.

Alex: *fumes angrily on behalf of her nation*

Hippolyta: Tio, just because American wands are made with different materials, doesn't make them any less..

Alex: you're damn right! preach it sister!

Hippolyta: *glares*

Alex: ... I mean, there are trees and creatures in the US that the brits don't have, and there are creatures in the UK that Americans don't have easy access to. So a Beauvais wand is just as good as an Ollivander wand.

Tio: ... Olivander is a stuck up asshole.

Hippolyta and Alex: Tio!!

Tio: what? I'm not a baby any more Polly, I know what 'asshole' 'damn' and 'preach it' mean.

Hippolyta: *glares*

Alex: *snickers*

 The Sinclair’s  family home, St. Clair Mansion. Tio would jump in the garden fountain when he was little, even after having been punished for doing so multiple times before. Hippolyta would fish him out and take him back to the nursery before Nanny Maude could see what happened.
