Sometimes, you get to know someone and you really like them. And sometimes they turn out to be the biggest disappointments in your life. Most friendships are based off of mutual trust and similarities. But then you have the asshole who is so one-sided, he's only friends with you when he needs something or it looks good for him. What do they call those? Fair weather friends? UGH. Anyway, people disappoint you and sometimes all you need is a package of cookies and a movie date with yourself so you can stop being sad over how mean and rude people can be. PEOPLE ARE JUST OUT FOR THEMSELVES, OKAY?!??!?!?!?!?!

People who go around saying that Molly and Lestrade are going to end up together like it's a foregone conclusion.

Like, I won't ever rule it out because, well, I don't think writers ever rule out the idea of any man and woman who are not completely same sex oriented getting together on like, any show. 

I don't see it as it stands now, because try as I might I just can't imagine what they'd ever talk about, but I could buy it if it were properly developed on the show. Maybe.

What grinds my gears is when people use what is really, not a whole fuck of a lot of textual support to say it's DEFINITELY going to happen and that's what the writers have in mind and use words like "clearly" and "obviously." It just smacks as desperation to get Molly out of the way.

I mean, let's be real. If Lestrade were really interested, he had TWO YEARS.  Yet it doesn't seem like he even kept up with her enough to know she was dating someone. 

Yeah, he's carrying a torch alright.
