Arabian Trident Leaf-nose Bat Asellia arabica

It is found in the Middle East, with documented occurrence in southwestern Oman and southeastern Yemen. As of 2017, it is evaluated as a data deficient species by the IUCN. There is no estimate of its population size.

A bat found across South and Southeast Asia from Bhutan to Indonesia. It has a simple nose-leaf with a raised bump on the nasal septum. It roosts in sheltered places such as caves during the day.

Short-tailed Roundleaf Bat Hipposideros curtus

A bat found in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Nigeria. In 2016 a population of the species was discovered near to the Afi Mountain Wildlife Sanctuary in southern Nigeria by the ecologist Iroro Tanshi, who worked with local people to conserve the population
