I’m so confused. What the hell is going on? People actually disliked Avengers?? Why are they attacking Joss?

Based on what I’ve read on the subject thus far, people are “dissatisfied” with the way AOU turned out. People are saying that nothing about the movie was canon, the characterization was off, blah blah  -- anything to justify sending a an onslaught of threatening messages. 

Some are saying there was another dispute, and that was one of the reasons he ultimately decided to delete his Twitter account. I, personally, doubt that because he has been a successful director for YEARS. Why delete it now..? A lot of people HATED the film - it only makes sense that they go straight to the director and let him know how they felt.
