Your embroidery is sooo neat! May I ask, what do you use to transfer your patterns onto the fabric? Do you use chalk?
I have used several different methods in the past, chalk included but I actually just started using a frixon pen and it is by far my favourite way I’ve tried. The frixon pen is great because it doesn’t bleed as much as the water soluble pens I’ve used in the past and, although it says “remove by friction” you can actually remove the pen with heat as gentle as a hairdryer in seconds!
As for actually transferring a design from paper, usually I just draw it freehand but sometimes I’ll use a light box (or a window given that I don’t own a light box...) if it’s more complex, like the dinosaur skulls.
