Hip thrusts over 200lb! Woohoo! Did a few warm up sets and then 3 sets of 10 reps at 205 pounds. I came in tonight a little tired because I was up early for a challenging yoga class and figured this wouldn’t be one of my best workouts. Sometimes it’s the nights that you’re just not feeling it when you are really able to push yourself and make sure you walk out that door feeling a million times better than when you came! I genuinely LOVE weight lifting, it gives me something hard to work at every day, reminds me how strong I am and how much I am capable of when I set my mind to something.
