No matter how often Sebek was criticized for his explosive behavior, he continuously blew up, lashing out at those who protested. In his uniquely loud, brash way, he was always ready to somehow prove himself, though all he ever did was prove his instigators right in the long run. Yet now, after a consecutive string of all-nighters spent studying and within the presence of an upperclassman, that energy he was famous for flooded inward instead. Had he said something wrong, unaware in his exhausted state? Even if he had, was the prodding necessary, especially from one of the vulgar hench-eels? The thought boiled his blood. There was an aseptic lack of expression in those murky green eyes of his, and it was ever so clear that ❛ vicious mood ❜ was an understatement. ❝ I'm afraid I didn't catch that. Could you speak up for me? Or perhaps come a little closer? ❞ Without warning, Sebek's hand shot up, snatching the elder's jaw in a vicious vice-like grip. As Jade was pulled closer, ire began to crack and seep through bit by bit in their forced proximity. The only thing preventing him from sinking his jaws into soft, rippable flesh was the iota of respect he carried for Jade. After all, if it had been his half-wit brother, he'd have been sent careening through the nearest wall. Still, his hold tightened, and he could practically hear delicate bones whining under the pressure. And then the dam broke; anger rose with his voice. ❝ If you don't mind, I think I've already dealt with enough from your brother. Or am I to go twelve rounds with you too?! I WILL! ❞
