okay. so. let me asplain a thing about lokiwordsmith. first of all, let’s talk about how INCREDIBLY BRILLIANT you are. i’m constantly in awe of your grasp of languages. like seriously. you not only communicate flawlessly ooc, but the way you write loki--i just wanna like roll around in your awesomeness. you get his speech pattern and phrasing and it SOUNDS like him when you write and it’s just amazing. plus i love that you keep to his nature and not make him this cuddly puppy. even in your reluctant ally verse, it’s still loki, and i just love it. you handle your struggles with grace and humor, and you are just such an incredibly kind and warm person. i’m so happy to have met you and i hope that our friendship continues to grow because you’re simply wonderful.

cxpt made me so stupid happy when they answered the derpy first ask I sent them. like i just really love their take on steve--i love that they don’t ignore the trauma he’s suffered, and the very real effects that has on a person, super soldier or no. so when they answered my meme--and then kept answering my asks--i was friggin’ stoked. then we turned it into a thread and somehow stealing doorknobs (bucky wtf) turned into angst and everything hurts and I LOVE IT. kc is just so awesome and funny and great to talk to. like you know when you meet a new person and you’re like I’M KEEPING THEM bc talking to them is fun and you really click and it just makes you happy? that’s me with kc. i stay up way too late waiting to see their replies and when i read them i’m just like this giant ball of feels and it’s amazing. i really hope our friendship ooc and ic continues to grow!!

okay let’s talk about sara (his-mighty-shield). let’s talk about how she was one if the first people to start rping with me and welcome me into the fandom when i started this blog (which, if you’ve ever tried to start a new blog/fandom, you know how much that means.) let’s talk about how she’s so unfailingly kind and compassionate, and truly cares about the people she talks to. let’s talk about how her steve is this awesome ball of adorable and the broship he has with bucky gives me life. let’s talk about how she introduced me to other people and always is super supportive and complimentary and generally just makes me feel great about literally everything. let’s talk about how i friggin’ adore her. we have so much fun writing together and i’m just so flattered that she hangs out bucky & me. she’s one of those people the world is brighter because of, and i’m really grateful i know her.

He’s not supposed to be a mess like this, he’s the new Captain America, after all. Still, the title doesn’t do much to prevent the angry tears from falling down his cheeks. James swipes at them when Steve walks in, trying to look a smidgen presentable. Nothing helps, though. There were civilian casualties, casualties he could have prevented. He knows his father wouldn’t have been that sloppy, he would have saved them all.
