Antonia Hodgson wins the CWA Historical Dagger 2014 for her debut novel, THE DEVIL IN THE MARSHALSEA

The Crime Writers' Association awards Daggers to the very best in crime fiction. This year the Historical Dagger - for best historical crime novel of the year - was won by Antonia Hodgson for her debut novel, THE DEVIL IN THE MARSHALSEA. 

THE DEVIL IN THE MARSHALSEA has also been longlisted for the John Creasey (New Blood) Dagger, a prize awarded to the best crime novel by a first-time author. The winner will be announced later this year.
