To be honest, I really like their clothes.

And the fact they are mostly known for their white-and-black clothes while they weren't even white 😭 They were more creamy white, not clean white. At first, they we allowed to use clean white, but Knights Templar felt like it's not fair (since they were first with white cloaks) and there was huge screaming match over it (pope had to solve this issue and he decided to just give Teutons more creamy color). I know it's obvious, white is white but if you are really interested it's good to know the difference.
On the daily basis they used more gray stuff than full white complete. It was also allowed to use light brown, black or sometimes blue fabric for their cloaks if their position and money allowed them to.
Also, Teutons had to import wool from England because that's what pope said. Expensive as hell.
I also like their representative clothes. Colorfull, completely matching rich medieval vibe, completely forgetting about being an order. Not everyone was allowed to wear them, that's obvious. Only important people had those, mostly high level officers and grand master
Also length. In paintings from later periods as the imagine of medieval era started to change, their clothes started to shrink a little. They just became shorter and shorter. In reality, they were pretty long, covering their whole bodies. Their battle clothes were a bit shorter, similar to typical knights stuff.
THEY HAD PETS!!! :D Cats, dogs, birds even (used to hunt with them, which wasn't allowed but they were doing that anyways). Konrad von Jungingen even had monkeys. They even had lion at some point. Pets were pretty common, both farm and house pets. As I said, exotic pets weren't new for them as well.
Their falcons school (german: Falkenschule) was considered the best in the world™ (medieval times, I remind you, medieval).
Their castles were colorful. Even after renovation, they had to be painted inside just like they were painted before. Fun fact, there is a photo that's pretty often used for "medieval core/esthetic" moodboards/edits, usually assisted with England, but it's actually from Malbork castle!
Teutonic knights weren't a big group in the order. Their military was pretty much based on mercenary (well, not really, but it was a big part of it in general). It had became an issue later, when they had no money but had to pay for defending their castles.
They monopolized amber. Every amber found on their beaches was theirs. Teutons where also skilled at trading etc.
Gambling wasn't allowed, but Knights were often breaking the rules. They also weren't allowed to sleep outside their castles so Teutonic castles are placed "a day from each other" for easy traveling
