Number 22 of 39 Scafell Pike 978m Cumberland Here's me and my mate Chris, standing on top of the highest mountain in England, and the highest historic county top of England. We have just got back from helping guide a team to complete the National 3 Peaks Challenge, raising money for Cancer Research. Scafell Pike Is one of three summits, the others being Ben Nevis (Scotland) and Snowdon (Wales). With the aim to complete all peaks within 24 hours. I'm delighted to say the whole team successfully completed to challenge between 23 hours to 23h 30mins. The peak sits looking down at a quarry, however this is actually not a bad view and is impressive.
