Ingredients: 4 pretzel slider buns. 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeos, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into mini burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the pretzel slider buns with vegetable oil and toast them on the grill or griddle until lightly browned. Set aside. Place the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers, or to your desired level of doneness.
