London 1993 (open DW rp, starter)

It had been a long night for Bill Duggan, private investigator. He had stayed up on stake out parked outside a cheap hotel. It had been a typical job for him. Catching a cheating spouse in the act. Most of his jobs nowadays were that. Nothing exciting had happened to him in years. Although, there had been that incident with the short man with the funny looking umbrella who claimed to be the doctor. He had ended up giving him and his young female companion cab fare. Duggan had hoped to get an adventure out of it. But no such luck. He was almost 45 now, it had been many years since his first encounter with the doctor back in Paris, 1979. He still had dreams of that day, traveling time with the Doctor and his beautiful blonde companion, what had been her name, Ramona? He forgot sometimes. As he walked back to his office, in an outstanding turn of events, it started to rain in London. “Bloody hell, just what I needed.”
