Does this reading pillow infringe this design patent? That appears to be* the allegation that inspired this declaratory-judgment complaint.

* The complaint does not include any pictures of the accused product. This is the only reading pillow I can find on the plaintiff’s website. If this is, in fact, the accused product then the infringement allegation is meritless; this product simply does not infringe this patent. No ordinary observer would think these two pillows look the same.
