Just a similiraty i noticed between OR3O's Clover and the anime Hitohira(ep 8&9)

The main character is quiet,nervous and kinda gave up at life.

Later,They faint then they get greeted by 3 ghost (Fairies in hitohira) which only they can see because they're unfortunate .The ghost tell the mc that living is good.

mc wakes up, moved by the ghosts' words and continue living on and unable to see the ghost anymore.

In Hitohira this is all just a play by the drama research club with it ending with mc confessing to her crush which accept her

In Clover, It ends with Kel waking up from a coma with her grandma visiting
