I'm so hurt by leverage redemption. Like, I would have accepted the winks and nods and "Easter eggs" if they didn't do that whole thing with the Marshall. You can't tell us the OT3 is safe then give the person whose involvement in the relationship is most heavily questioned a separate love interest with more on screen validation than the OT3 has ever had! If you can't get it past the censors then fine but just leave it at the hints and such. I'm so genuinely upset right now.

I'm sorry you're upset- I understand, trust me :c Having watched and rewatched some things, I'm getting back to okay (and maybe kind of fooling myself but we'll see) about the future, but it still really stings that the past 8 years have been ripped away from us. Especially considering all the domestic and heart-to-heart stuff they gave us in the first two episodes of Redemption. It had made it feel like they were really going to push that envelope, and then WHOOPS no, Eliot's just been stuck and alone this whole time bc he doesn't think he deserves better. And somehow Parker and Hardison never picked up on it living together the whole time and set his straight. They know his morning routine and secret chili recipe and that he's the one working the gardest at making amends for his past and made bets about learning Klingon KNOWing there was no winning outcome for him there, but... didn't know he was sad about lacking a partner of his own even though he has two right there if he would just open his eyes but hey. Like. Seems fake but okay.

Idk. Just. Feels bad man. So I get why you're upset, I'm right there with you. Hopefully by showing Eliot's finally ready for that sort of relationship, but that he's legit ruled out civilians, criminals, and law enforcement I mean... there's really only one (or rather two) option left 👀
