a few butterflies i made for a little project :) 🦋
the odyssey, the solstice, the aurora, and the hjemkomst
each of them represents a little personal thing or period from the last year, and except for the orange one, the others were inspired by pendants of three necklaces i own and got at different months last year, conveniently aligned with each period it represents! so i just eternalized them 🧡✨🦋

update: "the epiphany"
so i just made a new one, inspired by a very old brass butterfly i found in a thrift store last year as well, but given the nature of her as a fun shiny vintage trinket and not a pendant, she represents something entirely different in this little saga for me :)
more of a deep internal shift in my core. me as a person maybe? i like to think of it that way.
how pretty. so brassy.
