I just completed achievement 13/13 in Half-Life 2: Episode One. This took significantly less time than one-hundred-percenting HL2 itself, however still feels significant.

some of which are government-controlled, can run, and have grenades
while waiting for an elevator that takes frickin forever to get up to you
in a dark room with a flashlight that can only be on about 30 seconds at a time
and with low ammo
