A couple of days ago I popped into HM and got three new items, this dress was one of them. While it's big for its size, I find it quite good at the moment with this changing weather and summer temperatures. 🌞 I can't believe it's been over two weeks since we held the little one for the first time. And two weeks since I slept through the night 😴 A friend has just given me a great piece of advice saying don't do anything apart from what's necessary for the baby. You need your rest. And at the moment I think I need to follow that advice or I'll be burning out. It's difficult though. If you're a naturally busy person, this slowing down doesn't come naturally and feeling like you're lazy for not doing stuff so easily comes knocking on the door. I'm fortunate though, I've got Ben who does everything and more and constantly tries to make me slow down.
