Are these references to Regidrago?? There is a lot of glowy neon pink that goes on in Hammerlocke, aside from the glowy neon pink associated with Eternatus... who is also a dragon... hmmm.  It also seems like Hammerlocke is either still under construction somewhat due to the “wings” you see above missing some of their ends and also the construction work seemingly going on at the top where you fight Eternatus.

That OR it’s all damage from Eternatus battling Leon before you get there. It seems the crown at the top of the tower is already finished when you’re looking at it from below in any other point in the game.

On a side note Regidrago does NOT fire his beam out of his butt thank goodness AND he has LITTLE WINGS.
