People think I named myself Taliesin bc it’s a pretty welsh name but how to explain that I named myself after Taliesin Jaffe and use Tally for short bc of Tally Hall (which I got into bc of Mollymauk)

If anyone asks, you just say “well, I named myself after one of our revered elders”

And then show them a picture of revered elder queer and elder goth, Taliesin Axelrod Jaffe, and beam proudly.

I named myself after Travis McElroy’s DnD character, okay, you’re part of a PROUD FUCKIN TRADITION (but also ngl I wish I felt like I had the energy to pull off Taliesin because it IS a fantastic Welsh name.)
