@jal_japanairlines spoiling us on JL2 HND/SFO. We woke up like this, ha! This is it, my (hopefully and better be) last flight and trip of the year. I thought that my October trip to Indonesia was the final one for 2016, but this work trip to Tokyo came up as a surprise. Now, @dbucky and I always try to come with any excuses to revisit our old stomping ground for six years (we happily lived there in 2002-2008) but when a more legit reason comes up, it's all the better. Thank you again to @junko.matsuhisa and @horikazu1001 for their invaluable help with work in Tokyo; to my wonderful former students @koichirotakagi and Ieda Tadao with @hisakoieda and @satomika who have set aside time to meet me.
