Fun fact; when I reblogged that Star Wars post I forgot about Lando and was like "Is Chewbacca a Mayor? Did I miss that detail in the Holiday Special?"

honestly same xD i completely forgot about lando and kept trying to figure out which one of them was chewie, and didn't realize that the fourth person was lando until the "i'm not disparaging lando" part lol

The question about Asterius and boons made me wonder if it's possible to do a no-boon run. I feel like Theseus would mock Zag for being so unfavored by the gods (yes, even with the minotaur right there). But also, with how Hades occasionally jabs that it's because of Olympus that Zag defeats him, it'd be rad as hell to show up with nothing but Daedalus Hammers and health-ups, just "alright then. Square up, bitch!"

i'm pretty sure people have managed to do a no-boon run, because i recall hearing that hades has unique dialogue specifically for that situation! i kinda wanna try it sometime, but i doubt i'd ever make it to the end haha

i wonder how asterius feels when i use the Olympian calls or the chthonic companions on him during our fights, or even the regular boons like damage-dash (as in Zeus's lightning or Dionysus's hangover)

he says something along the lines of "wow an actual god likes me???" when you get hypnos's autograph

serious answer: the gods don't love him because his birth and existence were literally a punishment from the gods, resulting from a curse cast by poseidon for being wronged by king minos, the husband of asterius's mother. the greek gods are mean and petty and small-minded. and it's exactly because of asterius that i can't stand poseidon, and the game's version's whole "haha whoops sorry about that whole minotaur thing, i might've had a hand in it but what can you do lol" attitude makes me want to slap him. fuck your "cool uncle" vibes, you're a dick.

(no lie, i've gotten into the habit of not using any olympian calls against asterius if i can help it, and even less so if i have poseidon's call. it just feels rude to me to use the blessings of the gods who couldn't care less about him against him)

speak for yourself - sure, they can be yucky, but i think they can also be cute! i like drawing feet because they're another way through which to convey things like the character's personality, current mood, confidence or insecurity etc., much like hands, even if people don't pay as much attention to feet as hands
