list of creative things to do to show appreciation for something/be involved in fandom other than drawing fanart or writing fanfic. fanart & fanfic are fun but i struggle doing both consistently, yet i still want to have fun and make things for the things i love. so i wanted to make this list for myself and i figured I'd share online as well. this is also vague enough to work as a list of things to use as gift inspiration for loved ones ^_^

I was very anxious and upset this morning (I’m better now but still am kinda eh atm, but I’m always more dramatic in the morning tbh lol) about some things happening in my life so I decided to help myself out by thinking of some things I want to have as a hobby.

This is just a ramble post so fill free to ignore lol.

First, I wanna get into voice acting. Like as a hobby, not really as a career. I always wanted to voice a character, and I love acting but I can’t always be on a stage. Plus, i do recite characters lines to myself when I’m bored and it’s honestly really fun (don’t judge me lol.) So I think it would a fun little past time, I need to read up on how to start out as a beginner and test out some characters maybe. I do want to get better, but I would mostly do it for fun.

Then I want to get back into playing Volleyball. I used to love playing volleyball in middle school, and I recently bought a ball so I could practice and get some more exercise. Idk if i have time to join a team but it would be nice to practice by myself or with my sister sometime.

Baking too, I wanna make cupcakes and cute sweets. Idk if I’d so this alone tho, probably need a friend for this haha. (Really wanna make butterscotch cinnamon pie eventually Bc I’m a nerd)

Also, this may be weird to some of you, but I’m kinda interested in collecting some toys, dolls/figures. I mean, I wouldn’t go crazy, I would budget and obviously only buy things I really want. But I’ve recently been watching those toy channels on YouTube and it looks really fun. The only thing I would be interested in collecting tho is Monster High dolls. (Those dolls look gorgeous and are honestly my aesthetic bc they are cute and creepy.) and of course Disney dolls lol.

Also, making YouTube videos in general is something I wanna do more of and I wanna do more cosplaying too and I just….

I wanna do a lotta shit guys haha. I want like 50 hobbies and I want them now.
