I went today to the Hobbit Fan Event in Mexico City with my dear friends, it was amazing!!. My friend Thorin won the extended edition of The Hobbit and our lil Bilbo was the cutest of them all. The cinema gave us popcorn, soda and sweets, also a large poster and a tee. Also, the girl with the Smaug cosplay won a beautiful signed poster, apparently she studies in my old university and it's friend of another friend, lol it's a small world and a great cosplay :D
We enjoyed 20 minutes of exclusive footage. I loved this day!!

Hobbit Fan Event Update!
So I was at the Hobbit Fan Event in Toronto and got to see 20 MINUTES OF EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE from Desolation of Smaug! Ahhhhhh! It was amazing, but I don't want to spoil because it was totally a bit spoilery! Also we got to hear the new song for the movie by none other than Ed Sheeran! It's called "I See Fire" and it comes out on iTunes tomorrow!I cried.
Honestly, it's such a great song and I just freaked out because Ed is my Gimli faceclaim so it was like young Gimli was singing it and I just lost my composure.
But seriously! I was so lucky that my friend won tickets! It was amazing! Desolation of Smaug is going to be INCREDIBLE!
I also got a sweet shirt and a Gandalf hat.
