Day 2097: Did some more work on the wings, a quick highlight which is still a little visible on some of the frayed edges and then glazed bright red along the centre to perk the wings up. Will put the frayed edge highlight back on places the glaze covered

Today I painted up my base for my Maleceptor, amd then I did some small adjustments and pushed the brains to be brighter on my Maleceptor

Day 15! Did the armor panels and muscles on the legs, trim is next but I'll do that in a longer session. Also touched up the back, still need to wash the bone.

Day #2: spent my day off painting the first of my new Nurgle-lovin chonky bois. Such good fun to paint - these are really great models. For the first time, too, I’ve painted properly piece by piece, only gluing after all but a few outer details are done. I’ve always resisted doing this because it’s felt like it would be less fun, but it’s been great! Much easier, the final result is much better, and there’s something special about assembling a painted model and seeing it all coming together.

Finally got back into doing minis with this, a lore-acurate guardsman.

Day 21 Holy hell I finished a model! Did highlights on the metallics, some lines for script on the parchment and went to town dressing up the base. Captian Aureli Mordred is ready for Sunday
