as a 21 year old who has been on pretty much every major social media platform (discord, deviant art, skype [nevr forget], instagram, txt [never call it x]) i can safely say tumblr is the best place to interact with people from different demographics and places in their life. there's also respect for dnis. i think what makes tumblr so human is that we're all running our own blogs, and we interact through them. its like . its how ur SUPPOSED to have parasocial relationships . and like, younger people getting advice is really important but . on places like insta twt and discord where u r in direct communication as yourself . weird shit man. like theres this weird fuzzy mid ground to where like an adult isnt predatory but just like . dont think about that these r their formative years—and a lot of teenagers r online bc thhey . r autistic . and like, why are you being mean to a teenager. why are you doin g that. you wouldnt treat an adul t friend like that why are you treating a random teenager like that. see this is why i poked fun at the angsty teens givin' me shit because like . im not gonna take a 14 yr olds words to heart . they wont be like that forever. especially if they keep using tumblr. . on tumblr ppl keep all dat in mind, iz all.
