How to start the day optimistically by Nathan Sherwell.

I like to start my day by waking up to the 3rd or 10th alarm set on my phone, after rolling around moaning for a minute, i will then look outside and no matter what it looks like say ''Eh fuck that its too (something)'' As i climb out of bed i like to crack my neck like 10 times, mostly because i slept badly. I was dreaming about robots taking over the world again... I normally like to have a beautiful warm cup of coffee, i go for the one that comes in a sachet, that my Mum gave me from a hotel, i have my coffee black because i didn't know that the milk had turned bad. I like to enjoy my coffee on my balcony with a cigarette containing the finest tobacco, i go for the brand that is cheapest that will most likely taste better if you just eat it instead and will leave your fingers yellow, because i like to pretend i am slowly becoming a Simpsons character, and fuck you anyway... Then its best to have a shower and wash all of the sweat, tears and regret off your body. I like to have an extremely hot shower, because for some reason i can never get the temperature right. After showering i like to stand in the middle of my apartment for a while and look and how terrible my life is. (do not do this for too long...) Then i like to get dressed, (If you are going to miss a step do not let it be this one). I go for light and breathable fabrics that will make me feel happy and comfortable, so head to toe denim work perfectly for most things you have planned that day. Now that i am all dressed and about as awake as sloth that just took sleeping tablets, i am ready to leave my apartment, and start my lovly day of bitching about everything and being a zombie.
