This Hoisin Buffalo Burger with Spicy Slaw is a great mix of tastes. The hoisin sauce makes the buffalo meat taste sweet and savory, and the spicy slaw gives it a cool and fiery kick. This burger is great for people who like strong and unusual flavor combinations.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground buffalo meat. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced green onions. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp sriracha sauce. 1 tsp soy sauce. 1 tsp rice vinegar. 1/2 tsp sugar. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, diced green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground buffalo meat and mix them together. Combine well. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Grill or cook the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Make the slaw while the burgers are cooking. Shred the cabbage and mix it with the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and Sriracha sauce in a different bowl. Coat everything well, then set it aside. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. To make the burgers, put one cooked patty on a toasted bun, add a lot of spicy slaw on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of that. Enjoy your hot Hoisin Buffalo Burger with Spicy Slaw!
