Victory Very Merry Monkey Spiced Holiday Ale (Thanks, Steph!). A 3 of 4. So this is Golden Monkey with some dried fruit and warming spices, and it tastes...exactly like that. It has what it should, it has a nice slight tart/fruitiness to it alongside the spice, and it works well with food.

Narragansett Holiday Spiced Ale

This is very very nice. The ale is crisp and very smooth to drink. There's a definite sweetness from the malt in the ale, but it's not as strong or intense as a porter. I'm not getting spiced elements as strongly as I expected, however there is a tiny pit of pepper to it. Altogether very nice and I would happily drink it all year round. 3.5/5
