In time for the magical season, our network is hosting its first Holiday Fic Exchange! Much like you see with Secret Santa, the same rules shall apply. We want to create a great experience for everyone involved where you feel the love that you deserve. With seeking to involve our own members, we have created prompts that you are able to choose from!

BASIC GUIDELINES
you do not have to be a member to apply.
must follow the network if you are not a member.

be willing to send anonymous asks to your assigned partner at least twice a week.

FIC EXCHANGE RULES
every person will have an opportunity to choose a few prompts from the lists below that must be incorporated into the story.
every person will have an opportunity to choose a few prompts that the Santa will incorporate (as stated above).
an admin/mod will help to communicate about the important details of your partner.
while working on the fic, you must send anonymous asks to your partner twice a week (it can be more frequent if you would like). in this time you can get to know them more.
you must choose an anonymous cute nickname to sign off your asks with. we will have a selection to choose from in the application.
your fic word count can be any length as long as it is more than 500.
do not write fics that are a continuation of a previous project. this fic exchange should be something new and specific to your person. do not use this time to add onto your other stories.
keep in mind there will be adults and minors involved in this event. you will have an option in the application to let us know if you are comfortable to have a partner that may be an adult or minor. our rules apply for these events. minors cannot write smut and adults cannot write smut for minors.
you may apply to have more than one person assigned as a partner. which means you will write fics for more than one individual.
make sure to do your best to write something that captures what your person requested. do not hesitate to ask for help from the admins.
there will be a discord made for event, specially for communication purposes. make sure to be cautious and not to reveal who your partner is in here.

TIMELINE
September 26th - October 2nd | sign ups
October 3rd - October 7th | drop out period, if you can no longer participate in the event
October 8th - October 9th | partners are assigned by a message from the admins/mods
October 10th - December 2nd | sending anonymous asks and working on fics
December 3rd - December 9th | posting week where you reveal your identity to your partner
December 11th | masterlist created
