Pre-holiday and photo dump! Remember that some people around the holidays really have a lot going on internally and asking how people are all wishing them a holiday is OK but this year is very different for many of us so that being said everyone should try to illuminate people and things that don’t add to their happiness when possible and just surround yourself by those that do it could be things you watch you listen to people you keep company with but you have to make some effort to feed your emotional soul especially when other people are not up to the task.
