Rose had been in the middle of making tea and telling Holly a story when she heard something hit the ground behind her. Her sentence trailed off as she turned, curious as to what had made the sound. She was surprised to see Holly unconscious on the floor. 

"Holly!" She called, tossing down her teabag and quickly going to the girl’s side. She fell to her knees beside Holly, placing a hand on her cheek. "Holly, wake up." She placed her other hand on the girl’s shoulder and shook her a bit. "Holly, I need you to wake up. Now."
